• Gameplay: Bet data and seeds are stored to enable provably fair verification.
• Payments: MoMo details are used solely to process your withdrawal requests.
• Anti-fraud: Activity patterns are monitored to detect abuse, multi-accounting, and suspicious behavior.
• Support: Your data may be accessed by our team to resolve support tickets.

• All data is stored securely on encrypted cloud infrastructure with access controls enabled.
• Server seeds are cryptographically hashed before being shown to users, ensuring they cannot be predicted.
• All communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• Sensitive operations (bets, withdrawals, deposits) use atomic database transactions to prevent manipulation.
• Admin access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate FroDice:

• Cloud hosting & infrastructure — to store and serve your data securely.
• Payment processors — to handle deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Money.
• SMS providers — to deliver OTP codes for login verification.

We only share the minimum data required for each service to function. Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Bet history and transaction records are kept indefinitely for provably fair verification and audit purposes.
• If your account is banned, data may be retained to prevent re-registration.
• You may request data deletion by contacting support. Note that some records must be retained for regulatory compliance.

• Access: You can view your data (profile, bet history, transactions) directly in the app.
• Correction: You can update your username and leaderboard privacy settings at any time.
• Deletion: You can request account deletion via the Support page.
• Portability: Bet history with seeds and nonces is accessible for independent verification.

8. Children's Privacy

FroDice is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover an underage account, it will be immediately suspended and data will be deleted.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of FroDice constitutes acceptance.
