Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use FroDice.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
• We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to verify.

2. Account Registration

• Each person may only register one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your phone number and login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account or allow others to play on your behalf.
• We may require phone verification (OTP) to access your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are processed via Mobile Money (MoMo) and are credited to your account balance upon confirmation.
• Withdrawals are subject to a wagering requirement — you must wager a specified multiple of your deposit before withdrawing.
• Minimum withdrawal: GH₵5. Maximum withdrawal: GH₵10,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to your Mobile Money number and may take up to 24 hours.
• We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Fraudulent deposits or chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Gameplay & Provably Fair

• FroDice uses a provably fair system. Every roll is determined by a combination of a server seed, client seed, and nonce using HMAC-SHA512.
• You can verify any past bet by revealing the server seed on the Fairness page.
• You can set your own client seed at any time to influence the randomness.
• The house edge is applied transparently and displayed in the game interface.
• Maximum bet: GH₵2,000. Maximum profit per bet: GH₵5,000.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to place bets.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities. If you discover a bug, report it immediately.
• Creating multiple accounts or colluding with other players.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing promotional offers or referral systems.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to authorities.

6. Responsible Gambling

• Gambling should be for entertainment only. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
• FroDice provides deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools on the Responsible Gambling page.
• Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected period.
• If you believe you have a gambling problem, please seek professional help.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend, freeze, or permanently ban accounts for violations of these terms.
• Frozen accounts may be reactivated after investigation. Banned accounts are permanent.
• Remaining balances in banned accounts may be forfeited if fraud or abuse is confirmed.

8. Limitation of Liability

• FroDice is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from server downtime, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Your use of the platform is at your own risk. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of FroDice after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the announcements system.
